Background and Objectives: The purpose of this study is to construct and validate a student e-learning questionnaire.Methodology: This research is an applied study in terms of purpose and a quantitative research in terms of method. The statistical population of the study includes all graduate students of Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz, whose number according to the announcement of the university is 4443 people for the academic year 1400-99. There is no general agreement on the number of samples in factor analysis, but in general, most researchers consider a sample of at least 200 to be suitable for factor analysis (Brown, 2015). Meanwhile, Klein (2015) considers at least 200 samples suitable for this type of analysis (Kline, 2015). Therefore, 200 people participated in this study as a research sample. The e-learning questionnaire developed in this study is the result of library studies and review of virtual learning patterns, which was designed with the inspiration of Salmon (2004) model with emphasis on students' e-learning. This questionnaire is designed for 36 questions on a 5-point scale (very low to very high). To quantify these scales, the scores are given a score from one to five. In the quantitative part, the face and structure validity of the constructed questionnaire was reported to be good and the reliability of the instrument was obtained through Cronbach's alpha test of 0.97. To analyze the data from the exploratory factor analysis test using SPSS software version 22; Confirmatory factor analysis was performed using LISREL software (8 * 8 version). In this research, regarding exploratory factor analysis, the principal component method and varimax rotation have been used. In this study, to measure the validity of the four-factor model of the questionnaire, the fitness indicators of the model such as degree of freedom, statistical values of compliance criteria, adjusted fitness, softened fitness index, non-softened fitness index, adaptive fitness index, and the second root mean of residual squares Standardized has been used and its standard criteria have been measured based on studies such as Geffen et al. (2013).Findings: The results of research tests showed that the reliability of the e-learning questionnaire with overall Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.97 and Cronbach's alpha coefficients of the components between 0.88 to 0.96 is appropriate and satisfactory. Sampling adequacy index and Bartlett sphericity test were calculated for factor analysis. In addition to the adequacy of sampling, the implementation of factor analysis based on the studied matrix was also justified, so the e-learning questionnaire has a suitable factor structure. All 36 items of the questionnaire are correlated. The correlation between the constructs of the students' e-learning questionnaire is significant and it can be said that the designed questionnaire has a good differential validity for the structures.Discussion: The evaluation of e-learning in universities and higher education institutions is one of the topics that is extremely important in today's world and studies are needed to develop and promote it. There seems to be no standard tool for assessing e-learning and there is a variety of tools in this area. Therefore, the present study was conducted with the aim of constructing and validating a questionnaire to evaluate e-learning. Validation of questionnaires is very important and validation of tools is an important step in determining the psychometric properties of those tools. Once the tools are validated, their use can be helpful for proper evaluation. Therefore, the present designed questionnaire was tested for validation. In e-learning, students have access to e-content, and any amount of e-content provided has the appropriate variety and attractiveness, increases the motivation of students in e-learning. E-learning programs are effective in promoting student learning motivation. These include guides, procedures, and ways to access electronic content. The e-learning process should be designed to be compatible with any level of media literacy of students and enable students to actively participate in the design of courses, programs and e-content to make e-learning successful. Finally, the results showed that the 4-factor model has an acceptable fit with the research data. In general, according to the results of the present study, the designed items of the present questionnaire in the field of e-learning assessment are valid and reliable questionnaires that can be used in future studies using this tool to determine e-learning among students that provides useful planning information. And deficiencies and shortcomings are addressed by policy makers and managers.

Background and Objectives: Today, hospital websites are used as a communication tool in many countries of the world. The purpose of the present study is to evaluate the quality and ranking of websites in governmental. Methodology: This is an applied evaluative study. The research method is a combination of a descriptive survey and the Delphi Technique. Eighty-seven active websites out of 156 websites approved by the Ministry of Health and Medical Education were selected as the sample of the study. Data was collected using data mining tool developed by Olsina et al. The validity and reliability of the tool has, however, been confirmed in previous studies (α = 0.82). Descriptive statistics was used to analyze the statistical data and Excel was used for data analysis. Findings: The evaluation of hospital websites using the four criteria in WebQEM showed that the studied websites were very desirable in terms of the performance score of 0.244, very desirable in terms of efficiency with a score of 0.163, very desirable in terms of reliability with a score of 162.0, and desirable in terms of usability with a score of 0.219. The hospital websites evaluated by WebQEM were in desirable status based on the main criteria; however, they were in undesirable status in terms of secondary criteria, which requires reviewing and improving the conditions. Discussion: The results of this study can be attributed to the nature of WebQEM method. However, for a more precise evaluation of websites in Iranian hospital, it seems necessary to consider it from the viewpoint of users (patients and doctors).

Background and objective: Nowadays, one of the most important indicators for evaluation of scientific institutions, especially universities, is the number of articles indexed by these institutions in citation databases. One of the main tools for evaluation of scientific production is scientometrics. In fact, it is possible to identify indicators for assessing the status of research in university and its scientific productivity through scientometrics. Due to the importance of science production in universities and the necessity of measuring the amount of scientific output for comparison of universities at national level, this research tries to measure the scientific output of Shahid Chamran University of Ahwaz at Web of Science database in 2000 to 2016, assess the scientific status of Shahid Chamran University of Ahwaz and then draw on the key clusters of the university and interpret them through Hist software. It thus clarifies the role of Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz, which is one of the oldest universities of Iran, in scientific production of the country. Therefore, considering the importance of scientific production in the world, the most important question is how much is the contribution of scholars of Shahid Chamran University of Ahwaz to science production at national and international levels in SCI, SSCI, A&HCI How is the collaboration of the authors of Shahid Chamran University at national and international levels in producing scientific evidence? Moreover, the thematic clusters and the historiography map of the scientific production of this university will be drawn through HIST Site software. Many studies have been carried out to measure scientific productions in field of scientometrics both inside and outside the country. In general, research in the field of scientometrics is so widespread and from various dimensions to the study of the status of scientific products, which, although all under the heading of science, but the factors are different in them. Some of these studies have examined the status of scientific production in a particular geographic area, such as Gomes and colleagues (1995), Mang, Ho and Liu (2006), Extract and Wilson (2003 and 2004), and Nonfiction 1381), each of which deals with the scientific production of a particular country. Some other researches, regardless of geographic location, have examined scientific publications in a specific field, such as Extract (2006), which explores the possibility of international co-authorship in the production of knowledge in the subject of astronomy, and also in 1996 studying and comparing scientific publications in developing countries. Methodology: The present research is descriptive-analytic and has been done using scientometric method. The research community is all scientific publications related to the authors of Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz on the Web site of Science and Technology in 2000-2016. The approach used in this study is based on the use of bibliographic information and citation analysis of articles indexed on the science web site in the time frame in question. In other words, in this research, the name of the author, title, publication status, and also the amount of citations the received data is used to analyze scientific production of researchers and also to draw up a scientific map of this university. Therefore, using this scientific approach of Shahid Chamran University of Ahwaz, using the citations and group collaboration in these documents, various bibliographic components of this field of research and analysis are presented. The statistical population of the study was 2932 documents available on the science web site. By searching for Iran and limiting it to the name of Shahid Chamran University of Ahwaz in the period 2000 to 2016, among the citation indexes of the sciences, Social Sciences Citation Index and Arts and Humanities Citation Index were obtained. Findings: The findings of this study showed that Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz with 2932 degrees is ranked 30th, which is not suitable for other universities. It is recommended that officials of Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz take measures to increase this amount of production. One way of increasing scientific production is to encourage faculty members, especially in fields where production is less than other disciplines. It is also possible to increase the scientific output of the university by creating more graduate courses and, consequently, raising the university's rank. Discussion: It seems that the officials of Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz, with reverence for the members of the faculty, can encourage other members to produce world science. Of course, it should be noted that university planning and policies based on different disciplines should be different and for all groups you cannot act in one form.

Background and Objectives: The main aim of this research was comparison investigating of knowledge sharing status and factors affecting it among faculty members of the faculty of veterinary medicine and basic sciences of Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz and faculty of basic Sciences of Jundishapur University of Ahvaz. In pursuit of this goal, the specific goals that was followed were. Determining the status of knowledge sharing from knowledge sharing infrastructure such as cultural structure, human structure, information and communication technology structure, leadership and management strategies, structural and administrative factors, and tendency to share knowledge.
Methodology: The present research is a descriptive survey. The data collection has been done by using a questionnaire tool which was devised based on the Porsrajian, Olia and Soltani Ali Abadi (2013) and Rezaei’s questionnaire (2013) and in personality type section was devised based on the Michelle Guella’s questionnaire. The research population was all faculty members (167 peoples) of faculty members of veterinary medicine and basic sciences of Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz and faculty of basic sciences of Jundishapur University of Ahvaz in 2016-2017 Which is done by census method. To analyze of the demographic information of questionnaire, as well as to finding out to the status of knowledge sharing infrastructure from the viewpoint of faculty members, descriptive statistics techniques were used and for analyze the opinions of respondents regarding to knowledge sharing infrastructure, inferential statistics techniques such as sample single t-test and one-way analysis of variance analysis were used.
Findings: In terms of comparison between the three colleges, the results of the research indicate that the faculty of veterinary medicine is better than other faculties studied in terms of the status of knowledge sharing infrastructure. It seems that the reason for this superiority is thematic affinity and the relationship between the disciplines and trends in the faculty. While the Faculty of Basic Sciences of Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz, due to the dispersion of disciplines, has the weakest situation in the three faculties. The results of this research indicate that the faculty members of the faculties of science and veterinary of Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz and the faculty of basic sciences of medicine of Jundishapur University of Ahvaz are tendency to share knowledge and the knowledge sharing infrastructure of information and communication technology infrastructure is in good condition but other infrastructures such as cultural infrastructure, human infrastructure, leadership and management strategies infrastructure and the structural and administrative factors infrastructure are below of average condition. By comparing the status of two Universities, Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz and Jundishapur University of medical sciences of Ahvaz in terms of the cultural structure there are difference and in the other structures a similar situation is observed in both Universities. Strategies for strengthening cultural infrastructure include holding conferences and gatherings on the importance of sharing knowledge, opportunities and benefits brought about by the sharing of knowledge for the university and the promotion of a national and international rank for the university. The material and spiritual appreciation of the members for their activities in achieving the goals of the organization, and that if members of the faculty are convinced of their faculty in realizing their organizational goals and are convinced of their scientific cooperation and appreciation of their activities in this field, the necessary trust between the members And management is formed to collaborate on the achievement of organizational goals.
Discussion: In relation to the information and communication technology infrastructure, the needs of information system users should be weighed against the ease of sharing knowledge, and action is needed to address the shortcomings. To support the technical systems used by the faculty, specialist staff should be employed. One of the ways to strengthen the structural-administrative infrastructure is to promote the further development of communication between faculty members, to consider more business meetings for face-to-face discussion for faculty members and the use of cyberspace in this field. Considering the importance of the role of organization management in culture, the implementation and support of the knowledge sharing process, as well as the effective role of management in encouraging and motivating members to participate in knowledge sharing activities, should take appropriate measures in this regard, and manage the university towards sharing The knowledge and the importance and advantages of this were justified. This requires an expert to plan and implement programs for familiarizing management with the discussion of knowledge sharing and the importance of this, as well as acting as a university management consultant in relation to the implementation of knowledge sharing programs in this area that knowledge and information science experts are due to mastering On this area are the best options in this regard.
